Celebrating the new wave of Italian creativity, The House of Peroni invited guests to a final event to mark the end of a month-long celebration of fashion, music, art, design, food and drink; commemorating the 50th birthday of lager brand Peroni Nastro Azzuro.
Held at the grand grade II listed terrace, 41 Portland Place, the evening showcased the best of July’s residence and provided an exclusive preview ahead of The House re-opening in November.
Highlights included the first room which was a psychedelic space decorated with neon shreds of patterned paper, by artist Ludovica Giosca. The installation lead to an infinity room designed by artist Carlo Bernardini filled with light and reflective paint. Upstairs, a sleek white architectural sculpture by designer Andrea Morgante sat alongside others made out of resin and animal parts by the Holland-based, Italian born design duo FormaFantasma.
The House is now closed for the July residency but is re-opening in November for another residency. Gerry Calabrase and the Costardi Brothers will be back with their amazing drinks and food.
It will return to 41 Portland Place but the overall theme will be film and fashion with events taking place daily.
