Pork Life, an exciting weekend food festival from the team behind Ribstock, Chilli Chilli Bang Bang and National Burger Day, is coming to Dalston Yard (of Street Feast fame) for one weekend only on the 26-27th September, and judging by the line-up, it doesn’t get much pig-ger than this…
The giant list of vendors includes a mix of London’s best street food traders and restaurants including Bubbledogs, SmokeStak, Nanban, Le Swine, Q Grill, Bleecker Street Burger and Breddos, with Masterchef champion Tim Anderson also on board. We promise we’re not telling porkies, it really IS that good.
Also making an appearance at the event is brand new American whiskey TINCUP, a shot of which will be served up to all ticket holders to sip alongside a pint of Frontier craft lager (a.k.a a Boilermaker, take note, it’s a thing).
Tickets are £15 and include a free Boilermaker on arrival, a bottle of The Rib Man’s Bacon Holy F*** hot sauce and a bag of Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling. Plus, for those who missed out on Rib Stock tickets (they sold out in 55 seconds!), Pork Life guests will get the chance to taste the seven winning competition ribs too, as the events will be running simultaneously at Dalston Yard.
Tickets available here.
