LEAF – London Electronic Arts Festival is a two-day cultural celebration of electronic live music performances, parties, installations, masterclasses, screenings and conversations at Tobacco dock.
Tobacco Dock was built in the early 19th century as a tobacco storage warehouse complex, now converted into a stunning events space situated in E1 and spread over 2 floors and 16,000m2. This unique venue has a huge variety of spaces from the big and cavernous to the small, dark and intimate, which provides the perfect setting as the home of the London Electronic Arts Festival (LEAF).

It quickly cultivated it’s own distinctive sonic signature that helped kick start the Drum and Bass movement and careers of artists such as Andy C, Chase & Status, Sub Focus, and Wilkinson.
Attendees will also get the chance to meet the leading lights behind one of the hottest dance labels on the planet, Black Butter Records (first home of Rudimental, Clean Bandit and Jessie Ware) and hear the story of their meteoric rise. On the line-up is legendary disco DJ, DJ Harvey will be interviewed by Rob da Bank – expect a no holds barred, frank and enlightening conversation by one of the scene’s most influential players.
In addition to the above, LEAF once again teams up with Jersey’s cutting-edge Branchage Film Festival to present ‘Beats On Film’, a programme of films portraying or examining defining stages in the evolution of dance music. Each film will be accompanied by Q&As featuring special guests musicians, DJs and filmmakers who will discuss the themes of the films.
